Practice Schedules

Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.

EQUIPMENT

Jerseys, Shorts, and flags are provided by the league.
Players must provide their own mouthpiece and wear them at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
Soft shelled helmets are optional
Players can wear athletics shoes or cleats (no metal cleats)

Refund Policy

Full Refunds (for those who are NOT using a credit) given within 7 days of registration (Last refunds eligible for processing on February 1st).

Cancellations after 7 Days and up to February 1st will be given a credit towards a future season
After Dec 27th, no refunds or credits will be provided
Exception to the refund/cancellation policy is a severe injury/illness with a legitimate Doctor's note provided prior to Game 1 of the Season
